Sal attended Rhode Island School of Design for Architecture. He entered the Real Estate Industry in 1980, where he started Deer Tract Realty and Sun Construction. Sal handled everything from the designing of houses for Sun Construction to the financing for Deer Tract Realty. In 1998 Sal joined Columbia Equities as a Loan Officer, which later became Prospect Mortgage. In the Summer of 2018 Sal transferred to the Banker world to the Broker world of Hudson United, where there is a much wider array of loan products. The Broker world allows Sal to take advantage of his 20 years in financing loans that the Banker world did now.
Sal is well versed in Conventional, FHA, USDA and Investment loans. Sal also specializes in Renovation Loans, FHA 203K and Fannie Mae Home Style and he is licensed in NY and NJ.
