Passion is defined as an “intense, driving, or overmastering feeling or conviction.” In Today’s complex mortgage application process, it is the very component at the heart of transforming loan applications to loan approvals. The Great Recession taught us all a great deal; I took away the importance of guiding our Clients towards approvals yet maintain the integrity of the system all at the same time. A people person, I enjoy community engagement and volunteer at my church every time it is our turn to help those in need, which includes friends needing help because they ordered too much pizza.
