Data Entry / Office Administrator

We are seeking a full time Data Entry / Administrative Assistant to join our team. Our office is a fun & energetic place to work with the opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Data entry into computer systems
  • Develop an organized filing system
  • Contact customers for follow up paperwork
  • Manage inbound telephone calls
  • Perform other office & clerical tasks

The right candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in office administration such as a law firm, real estate office, insurance company, bank, doctor or accounting office, etc. would be a great fit.
  • Super Strong verbal communication & phone skills
  • Excel, Word, and web applications skills
  • Be patient & pleasant when talking to customers
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Very organized and able to multi-task
  • The ideal candidate will live within 15 miles of Nanuet, NY
