Data Entry / Office Administrator
We are seeking a full time Data Entry / Administrative Assistant to join our team. Our office is a fun & energetic place to work with the opportunity for advancement.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Data entry into computer systems
- Develop an organized filing system
- Contact customers for follow up paperwork
- Manage inbound telephone calls
- Perform other office & clerical tasks
The right candidate will have:
- Previous experience in office administration such as a law firm, real estate office, insurance company, bank, doctor or accounting office, etc. would be a great fit.
- Super Strong verbal communication & phone skills
- Excel, Word, and web applications skills
- Be patient & pleasant when talking to customers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Very organized and able to multi-task
- The ideal candidate will live within 15 miles of Nanuet, NY
