Title Insurance Reader/Examiner
Hudson United Title Services is a rapidly growing title abstract company covering all of New York and New Jersey. As an In-House partner of one the region’s largest Real Estate Brokerage with over 800 salespeople, we are able to provide direct opportunities from a growing lead source. We are currently seeking a hardworking and experienced Title Reader/Examiner. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a position that rewards hard work. Main job responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and examining title abstracts from various counties
- Setting exceptions and requirements for title policies
- Clearing exceptions
- Reviewing and determining insurability of title.
- Candidates require extensive experience in title insurance industry.
